Albert Scherff joined Abacus! in June 2025 as a Transportation Client Support Representative. In his role, he helps clients over the phone and in person with tax-related questions and other services offered by the firm. Albert brings a service-focused approach to every interaction and enjoys helping people feel supported, heard, and confident as their needs are resolved.

Albert has eight years of customer service experience and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. He is passionate about helping people and resolving issues, using patience, clear communication, and problem-solving skills to create a positive client experience. At the heart of his work is a desire to make each interaction helpful, efficient, and encouraging.

Outside of work, Albert enjoys spending time with his family and playing board and card games. His favorite part about working at Abacus! is being part of a growing company with an amazing culture.
