Abacus! is excited to announce that Andrea Battaglia, Chief Excellence Officer, has been recognized as one of the 2025 Most Influential Women by the Springfield Business Journal (SBJ), honoring her exceptional leadership, mentorship, and impact on both the business community and the people around her.

“Being included among so many talented and influential women is a true honor,” Andrea said. “It’s inspiring to see the impact these leaders are making in our community and beyond, and it motivates me to continue growing, mentoring, and helping others reach their full potential.”

For 26 years, the SBJ Most Influential Women list has celebrated women who excel in leadership, influence, and innovation, highlighting achievements in professional and civic accomplishments and contributions.  Andrea’s inclusion underscores her role as a trailblazer and mentor, inspiring growth and leadership in Springfield and beyond.

Andrea contributes to the community and industry through her work on the Missouri State University Marketing Advisory Board and the Leadership Springfield Rosie Board, while also inspiring others as a keynote speaker and panelist.

“This recognition is meaningful because my goal has always been to make a positive impact on people,” Andrea added. “Whether through mentorship, leadership, or community involvement, I hope to inspire others to grow, lead, and give back.”

Andrea and the other 20 honorees will be celebrated at an October 17 event at the Oasis Convention Center.
