Charles Grigsby joined Abacus! in December 2025 as Internal Bookkeeper within Internal Accounting. In his role, he supports the firm through accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, WIP reporting, statements, and payments. Charles brings a detail-oriented and process-focused approach to his work, helping keep internal accounting systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
Charles earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Management from Missouri Southern State University and his Master of Accountancy from Emporia State University. He is most passionate about work that involves problem solving, organizing information, and improving processes. At the heart of his work is a desire to bring clarity, structure, and efficiency to systems while supporting the team and helping operations flow more effectively.
Outside of work, Charles enjoys lifting at the gym, staying active, and working toward personal goals. His favorite part about working at Abacus! is the opportunity to improve workflows, support the team, and make a real impact on how smoothly things operate.
