Senior IT Coordinator and IT Software Specialist

Christina Cooper serves as Senior IT Coordinator and IT Software Specialist at Abacus. She acts as a key liaison between internal staff, third-party vendors, and firm leadership to ensure efficient management of the firm’s technology systems, user support, and strategic initiatives. Christina oversees ticket workflows, coordinates vendor support, manages internal applications, designs training resources, maintains the IT knowledge base, and leads onboarding and offboarding processes. She also supports firm growth by coordinating technology integrations and ensuring smooth transitions to the Abacus! virtual environment. 

Christina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts/Organizational Communications with a Business minor and a Master of Education in College Student Personnel Administration. She is passionate about helping others, whether resolving technical issues, streamlining processes, or providing training and resources that empower staff to work confidently and efficiently. She finds fulfillment in being a dependable support system and making technology approachable for both staff and clients. 

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, baking, exploring antique shops and thrift stores, and being with family and friends. She loves being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values people, innovation, and clear communication.
