Haley Glass joined Abacus! in May 2025 as a Client Manager. In her role, she oversees accounting processes, reviews financial information for accuracy, and serves as the primary point of contact for clients. She ensures compliance with reporting requirements and provides guidance to support clients’ financial goals and operational success.Â
Haley earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Western Kentucky University in 2022 and her Master’s in Accountancy and Data Analytics from WKU in 2023. She began her career at KPMG, one of the Big Four accounting firms, before transitioning into her current role at Abacus. She is passionate about leveraging her strengths to support local restaurants and businesses, helping them grow and succeed in her hometown, while continuing to develop her own career.Â
Outside of work, Haley enjoys home improvement projects, reading, exercising, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog. She loves the blend of detail-oriented work and big-picture thinking that her role offers, but what she values most are the relationships she builds with clients and the direct impact she sees on their businesses.Â
