As Chief Excellence Officer, Andrea leads and elevates the firm’s commitment to excellence in all areas – impacting both clients and employees – to ensure the firm delivers the Abacus! Experience at every level: individual, team, and firm-wide. She oversees the team responsible for firm communication and marketing, learning and development, career coaching, and human resources.
Andrea is an accomplished strategist, skilled facilitator, and focused professional who consistently drives profitable and sustainable results. She loves designing and leading large-scale training and individualized coaching that strengthen and reinforce effective strategies for career growth. A confident, engaging leader, she helps create meaningful culture change and organizational growth — both immediate and long-term — through the innovative and disciplined use of resources. Her leadership continues to shape Abacus’ next era of growth and excellence.
Andrea serves as a contributing writer on leadership, culture, and organizational growth and has been recognized by the Springfield Business Journal as both a Most Influential Women honoree and a Trusted Adviser Award recipient.
An Ozarks native for most of her life, Andrea earned her Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication and her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Chemistry, with a minor in Global Studies, from Drury University. For more than 20 years, she has volunteered with local, state, and national organizations, leading their communication and culture initiatives.
Andrea and her husband, Matt, have four kids. When she has free time, she likes to run or hike, weight train, visit Table Rock Lake – and organize anything and everything.
