Springfield, MO – December 16, 2025 – Abacus! is proud to announce Sloane Patterson as the recipient of the Abe's Golden Microphone Communication Award, the firm's highest recognition for effective communication.

Since joining Abacus! in 2024, Patterson has become a steady and trusted presence across the firm. Colleagues describe her as approachable, grounded, and thoughtful. She listens fully, offers clear direction, and explains things in a way that helps others walk away with confidence and understanding. 

Teammates often say she helps keep teams focused and brings calm when things feel chaotic. Her presence has a way of lowering the temperature in the room while raising the level of clarity and alignment.

Patterson serves as a Senior Client Manager, where her communication style plays a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting internal teams. Her calm voice, thoughtful word choice, and genuine interest in helping others feel heard consistently elevate the quality of every conversation.
