Abacus! is excited to announce Eddie Musani and Levi Stillwell as recipients of the 2026 Abacus Values Award for Integrity. Eddie is a Senior Consultant in Accounting Services, and Levi is a Consultant.
The Abacus Values Award for Integrity recognizes employees who consistently demonstrate responsibility, trustworthiness and honesty. Eddie and Levi reflect those qualities through steady leadership, reliable follow-through and a consistent commitment to doing things the right way.
Eddie shows up the same way every day: steady, reliable and committed to doing what is right. Colleagues recognize Eddie as someone who builds trust through action, follows through, stays calm under pressure and consistently steps in to support both clients and teammates.
When describing the level of care he brings to every responsibility, Eddie said, “No task is beneath me if it needs to be done. Every responsibility deserves my best effort, no matter how small.”
Eddie is known for taking on challenges head-on. Whether helping clients work through difficult situations, bringing clarity to complex problems or moving work forward with as little friction as possible, Eddie approaches each responsibility with focus and humility.
When asked what integrity means to him in his role at Abacus!, Eddie said it means “doing what would make Christ proud by loving and serving others well no matter the situation.”
What makes Eddie stand out is his ability to pair strong technical knowledge with a genuine desire to help people succeed. Eddie does not just do the work; he coaches, guides and elevates those around him. Integrity, for Eddie, is not just something he talks about. It is something he practices every day.
Levi has stepped into leadership in a way that is both steady and impactful. Colleagues describe Levi as someone who does not wait to be asked. Levi steps up, takes ownership and brings clarity to complex and often unclear situations.
When sharing what integrity means to him as a leader and teammate, Levi said, “To me, integrity means being consistent, honest and dependable, especially when situations are difficult or unclear. It’s about stepping into ownership, communicating to close loops effectively and making decisions you can stand behind later.”
Levi has become a go-to resource for both clients and teammates, balancing high-quality work with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Whether leading key processes, supporting team development or navigating complex client needs, Levi consistently delivers.
Levi is also known for investing in others by creating opportunities for growth, offering guidance and helping teammates build confidence in their roles.
When reflecting on why investing in others is important, Levi said, “I’ve benefited a lot from people who were willing to share knowledge, provide perspective and invest time in my growth, so I try to do the same for others. I enjoy helping teammates build confidence and develop their own way of solving problems.”
Across the firm, Levi is recognized for raising the standard, not just in the work itself but in how Levi shows up as a leader. Integrity, for Levi, is not situational. It is reflected in the way Levi approaches responsibility, relationships and results every day.
