Andrea joined Abacus! in May 2020 and has quickly become a cornerstone of the firm’s culture and leadership. In her role as Chief Excellence Officer, she champions the firm’s “Commitment to Excellence,” guiding internal teams and client service with a focus on growth, accountability, and empowerment.

Whether I’m mentoring emerging professionals, speaking in the community, or coaching leaders inside and outside our firm, I’m always focused on building confidence, capability, and clarity. Now in its twelfth year, the SBJ Trusted Adviser award honors professionals across twelve business fields who are essential to their clients’ success. These trusted partners have deep insight into the inner workings of the businesses they support and are known for their professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
Andrea is also a dedicated community and industry leader. She serves on the Missouri State University Marketing Advisory Board and, most recently, the Leadership Springfield Rosie Board and has spoken as a keynote and panelist for students, professionals, and industry leaders.
“This recognition is deeply meaningful because my goal has always been to make a lasting impact on people’s lives,” Andrea added. “Whether through leadership, mentorship, or community involvement, I strive to help others believe in their potential and take confident steps forward.
