Abacus CPAs is eager to announce Katherine Delap’s promotion from intern to analyst. Katherine started at Abacus in January 2023 as an intern in the Transportation Department.
Katherine will graduate with her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Missouri State University in May 2024. She plans to further her education by earning her CPA license.
“Abacus has helped me learn and develop my skillset to be a multi-faceted accountant. Now I can proudly begin my career as an analyst,” Katherine said.
As Katherine steps into her role as an analyst within the Transportation Department, she envisions a career path marked by proficiency in tax and audit and a comprehensive understanding of all areas of accounting. Her ambition extends beyond personal growth; Katherine is driven by a deep-seated desire to assist others.
“I have a deep desire to help others, and I want to take on additional responsibilities to further my career growth,” she said.
