William (Bill) Dunton is the Managing Partner of Abacus CPAs, LLC and CEO of Abacus Business Consulting, LLC, one of the leading Certified Public Accounting firms in the Missouri region.

John Helms III joined Abacus! in October of 2006 and then again in August of 2016. He is a partner at Abacus CPAs, LLC and Abacus Business Consulting, LLC. John oversees all departments and specializes in Fraud, Tax, and Accounting work.

Teri Wingo joined Abacus! in January of 2008. She is currently a Partner & Senior Director for our Transportation division.

Bob Patterson joined Abacus! in January of 2011 and serves as a Partner in the Louisville office. He works closely with both clients and staff to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely and useful financial statements, while also providing trusted advisory services.
